Rebrand: Logo Family Redesign / Visual Identity / Collateral Design
Project Completed at Harvest Builders
Overview
Harvest Builders is a Calgary-based venture studio designed to build and scale high-growth startups across industries like tech and innovation. Founded by Chris Samir, former CEO of Skip The Dishes, the vision was to establish the largest tech hub in Canada. Their portfolio includes financial tech giants like Neo, One Wealth, and Propra.
Location
Calgary, AB, Canada
Challenge
As Harvest Builders rapidly expanded, they needed a cohesive rebrand to align with their ambitious goals. The brand needed to reflect both the legacy of its founders and the forward-thinking, growth-driven mission of creating Canada's premier tech hub.
Outcome
The new brand identity successfully positioned Harvest Builders as a leader in the Canadian tech landscape. The refined visuals and cohesive brand experience supported their mission to accelerate tech growth in Calgary and beyond.
Approach
We crafted a visual identity that embodied innovation and growth. The logo family update paid homage to the brand's roots while modernizing it for scalability. Every collateral, from investor decks to digital touchpoints, maintained a consistent design language that bridged Harvest’s mission with its new ventures.
Solution
While serving as Senior Brand Designer in-house, I led the rebrand, which included a comprehensive update to the logo family, an entirely new visual identity, and the creation of various brand collateral. The new identity needed to resonate with founders, investors, and tech innovators, while positioning Harvest Builders as a dynamic force in Calgary’s burgeoning tech scene.
